Class Action Suit Filed Against Sprint Nextel
Wait just a minute....
Must suck to be Sprint/Nextel, their Legal dept must be going into overtime.
Uh, did they not seek the consent of the electric company?
I wouldn't have known that you needed the land owner's consent, if you had the electric company's consent.
But, being omnipotent, they should have known better.
Only the lawyers gain from these stupid class action lawsuits.

This may not seem like a big a deal now but if this is allowed to go on what's to stop them from going further and selling rights to the use of their towers to anybody for anything?! Before you know it the electric company will be making all kinds of money and the poor property owner is just sitting their paying taxe
