LOL there are no bugs in iOS. They are only saying that there are to be nice and give Google and Samsung a little bit of a chance.

Nah, he would just deny that any bugs existed and blame any problems on 'operator error'.

I remember once, a couple of years ago, I was talking to a devoted Apple person about how much I loathed Apple software, especially for Windows, and I gave the example that the only time my Windows computer has ever crashed is when I was trying to use iTunes. Every crash I have ever experienced has been caused by iTunes.

He responded that 'I've never heard of iTunes causing crashes', (Apple people always say that, not simply that they personally have never experienced an error, but that they 'have never heard of' the error and are surprised to learn that any problem might possibly exist.) And then he said 'iTunes never crashes, if you're having ...

Clearly you werent clicking at the correct speed at the exact right pixel on your iTunes icon. Easy enough mistake. 🙄
