For all of the posts here slamming VZW for misleading customers...got what they deserved...hope this teaches a lesson...whatever, please show me how and when VZW was misleading or how VZW lied about the v710's capabilities...if any of you can show me one example that does not involve you or the customer making a dumb a** assumption about it's ability, then we'll talk...the fact that VZW reaches a settlement simply means that the legal costs outweighed finding a middle ground and nothing more...or if at any time VZW is admitting to wrongdoing as part of this settlement, please show me...again, no assumptions please!

Why do you rant without knowing the facts or reading other posts? VZW and BestBuy and Radio Shack all advertised that the phone will conect and transfer contacts and pictures via Bluetooth. For 3 months after I bought my phone, I was told by VZW techs and customer service on the phone that an upgrade was coming that allowed me to do this. Since the 15 days was up, I couldn't return my phone. They lied and now I get to return my phone for what I paid for it.

Same goes for that whiner maxrebo.
