Just about any competing phone- the Motorola X, the Nexus 5, the HTC One- all of them are leagues better in terms of feel, solidity, and hell- aesthetics (subjective, but c'mon.)

-The poor imitation of the beautiful low-poly background used by Google/Motorola that Samsung is using.

Touchwiz adds about a quarter-second lag to inputs to handle the Samsung animations (there's actually a developer option to speed these up, which helps, but is absolutely asinine.)
SD Card support in Android is a joke period. Why they don't include 32GB of internal memory is beyond me.

Samsung did include 32GB in the GS3 and everybody bought the 16GB version as they wanted to use and SD card. BTW you might try to hide your fanboy-ness a little more. You came out of the closet in a big way and that took courage. All the Apple butt nuggets are proud of you!!
I do need to note that we are all aware of your displeasure with Samsung and can't help to think that it will never meet your specification.

the other thing taking away the menu key and replaceing it with what they call teh recent key, or task manager.
Oh and blue you forgot about the crappy speakers, ugly design and cheap build quality although I think you covered that when you mentioned aesthetics
I chose the HTC One M8. Sure the camera may not be up to par with the GS5's but it's a much better handset all around. It is simply stunning just to look at. Gorgeous. Always turns heads and makes the GS5 look so cheap it ain't aint even funny. Sense is more low key these days too than TouchWiz. It's not in your face. You got the best god damn speakers on a smartphone, gorgeous screen. More accurate colors than the GS5 that makes everything look like a cartoon.
