Keep on giving more encouragement for people to be distracted in already risky and dangerous environment. I know New York City all to well and given the opportunity, people will either not watch where they are going and fall onto the tracks, walk into an approaching train, bump into someone every 5 feet, etc., 🙄

people already do that on the streets, so imagine what would it be. I'm really not looking forward to this, the last thing I need is someone fighting with their significant other over the phone while I'm on the train. It used to be annoying enough on some stations where nextel used to work, and hearing the PTT chirps all over the place.

Oh yes....on the streets big time. Just walk through Times Square and watch John or Jane Q. Public cross at a red light while texting, playing tetris, angry birds, etc., and then get slammed by a delivery truck, taxi, or even bike messenger. Then guess who they try and blame. I dont think once they get squashed by the F train that they will do any blaming anytime soon.... 🙄
