It's rough working for Sprint

I tell you Sprint and T-Mobile have too many rounds of cuts for me to go back to either. I started in the industry in 1998 at the Sprint call center in Orlando. Some people who started with me are still there. The cut back on the store staff and even closing stores in favor of Prefered Retailer whom they just pay commision and not staffing and the store support staff is maxed out after this last rounds of cuts. ATT & Verizon offer much more employment stabilty ☹️ ☹️ ☹️

As companies move to better automated self service care many call centers will close. With Sprint it is not just this round of cuts to the call center but all other across the board cuts and the frequency to which these cuts occur that I was refering to.

just closing losse ends and eliminating unneede positions and combining some parts of the business, things I think that needed to be done for some time
