Great call center

I know that on the 3 or 4 occasions that I've called Sprint's "Back door" customer service line (You can easily find it on sites like Gethuman.com), a human that speaks clear English has answered after the 1st ring each time. No having to hassle with an IVR to get to someone.
If this move somehow was going to impact that type of service, I'd definitely put some marks against Sprint. That's how phone customer service should be - Always! No exceptions!

You know what I've called that number. It was super awesome. I had a guest that had bought a phone from my store a couple months ago and they were charged 3 activation fees even though they only upgraded one line. They went to the sprint store and they told them to come back to my store. But we just sell phones we don't charge activation fees. And the guest went back and forthbetween the sprint store and my store. But I called that number and they fixed the issue within 5 min.

As a manager for a big box retailer and former manger of a Sprint corporate store I can say that nobody should've reffered that customer to the corporate store. The rep in your store should've called sales support or your Sprint IAE from the beginning and it would've saved much hassle. The corp stores will not fix any 3rd party mistakes. "Guests"....hmmm I think I can tell where you work. Do you have a good "vibe" and "great" service? Lol

I always try and vibe with guests and have give them great guest service.
