my condolences for sprint employees for loosing your jobs. these are for the most part actually sprint call centers and not the crappy 3rd party call centers. over the years they have been bad to employees in kansas city area where sprint began,

might as well go to boost now or virgin lol third party call center employee by sprint get now where paid like sprint employees and hire companies that usually provide a hostile work enviroment,

glad i am not a sprint customer

no condolences to verizon centers, they shut 5 in the last weeks, just part of business, less calls inbound mean less jobs

all i am saying is when the take away from call centers the focus overall for customer satisfaction takes a nose dive. jd power was a tool to get the image back in 2007 and as of 2013 it pretty much died out of the media and commercials. the dollar signs are coming back and jobs are going away. no brain science there.

I wish it really was an issue of 'fewer inbound calls', but I don't believe that.....I am currently working as a wireless rep at Walmart, which means that I call each carrier multiple times every day on behalf of customers, and the wait times for Verizon and Sprint are much, much worse than the wait times for at&t. The only thing worse than Sprint, as far as wait time to talk to a representative is concerned, is Tracfone, owners of Net10 and Straight Talk.....the wait to talk to a Straight Talk rep is so long you can't even get straight through, you have to leave your phone number and ask for a call back.....

Working in the cellular industry has its adavntages. You obviously witness more hands on accounts. But as a consumer as myself, my calls to Sprint have been answered within an average of 40 seconds and issues corrected on just about every call.
