Just being Sprint

Sprint is just being Sprint, they know they have a ****ty network and that 256k isnt cutting it anymore, so they lower it by half to 128k. Which means, even if you blew through 2.5GB at "high speed" you still would experience the network as usual, slow, throttled and lazy anyway.

your an idiot. On my Note 3 on Sprints network i consistantly pull 20-30 Mbps. Their is nothing crappy with Sprints network. Unfortunalty, people get brainwashed with the commericals they see for VZW and ATT and never actually do their research.

Sprint can have fast service, but not every one lives where there is outstanding service. I mean you can fanboy all you want, fine. But don't act like it is the god of networks.

i just cancelled Sprint due to the crap data speeds. I could not even stream standard 64k pandora at times. I even experienced this in several cities while flying all over the place.

I'm glad you found the one place Sprint's network works, but that's certainly not the case for most people.

Wow! I'm pretty much making that same trip in a couple months. Glad to know I will be getting good service on my Note 3.

Things are looking great here in western NY.

Maybe if you weren't "Flying", the signal would improve. The towers are made for ground coverage. 🙂

My opinion is normally when companies do that, three things happen. That company is getting ready to sell, go belly up, or major changes. The question is which one.

But Boost and Virgin knew of the consequences when they introduced the first smartphone. The next question is how many people are going to stay with Boost. My answer is it wouldn't matter. Any network has the right without notifying you of any changes. At least Boost is giving people notices of this change.

I would rather you be truthful about Sprint rather than being a hypocrite. Being truth holds more respect.

If other carriers purchase other carriers, its ok. If other carriers throttle data, its ok. If other carriers lower prices, its ok. However, if Sprint does any of these things to remain competitive, it automatically unleashes some sort of hatred from you.

I think it's time to bury the misaligned perception you have of the industry and what Sprint is trying to accomplish.

You don't like Sprint. We get it. What I don't get is the constant complaining as though it will make a difference on how Sprint conducts its new direction under Softbank ownership. Softbank doesn't care how you feel because it knows that no matter what it does...
