We still have Google wallet but they require 4.4+ because they are pushing for the cloud secure element. That's if you want to use your phone, if you still want to Google wallet but don't have 4.4+ you could still use the wallet card.

competition is good but google wallet is GARBAGE!
ISIS give you 1$ cashback everytime you make a purchase (transaction).
ISIS give you 20% cashback using Well Fargo Visa.
what does google wallet give you? NOTHING!
