Does ST throttle the speed? Or is it limited to 8mbps like Aio?

Throttles speeds once users exceed 25GB per billing period.

Surely you must have left out a decimal point, right? There must be some sort of 2.5 GB limit, otherwise it would not be sustainable.

I believe it is actually 2 GB at 4G speed and then 2G speed for the remainder of the billing cycle. Throttling seems to me to be the fairest and most reasonable approach to the whole 'excessive data usage' problem. The other alternatives being charging an overage fee or cutting you off completely....both far more annoying than a simple reduction in speed.

It is actually 2.5GB before the throttle. It's noted on their website now.
