Sprint has done remarkably well the last four years in what they had to work with. While the other carriers are just placing overlays on their respective networks, Sprint has completely torn down and is rebuilding its network. Not cheap. Not easy. And certainly not just to lose customers. But, because they want to hold the number three position and give its customers a great experience. This is not another excuse. Sprint's position is to get rid of all the duct tape ...

Sprint should have had the mother all networks at this point. They practically have all the spectrum in the world. But as you said, they come up with nothing but excuses and excuses. Look what T-Mobile has done.
