IPCom's $2B Lawsuit Against Apple Dismissed

I agree with slammer's sentiments below completely. But I do wonder why bluecoyote isn't on here espousing how Apple obviously infringed these patents and should have to pay through the nose as a result. I'm mean I'm sure the guy's an objective writer and all. And in keeping with his avid support of the patent system he should be condemning Apple right now.
