Dish or whomever should win if they place the highest bid and follow through and meet condtions. Being deserving or I like this company is not an argument. Most if not all of the big four can bid to win, their parent corporations have the assets, wanting to bid for it, or not wanting to invest in the US market has no bearing. Softbank and DT (TMO's parent) can afford to bid at the same level as AT&T and Verizon.
