Really Artemis? NO MATTER how many? So if 6 billion people were using one cell, all of them could get full LTE speeds? You did say NO MATTER HOW MANY!!

You people think I'm being stupid, but they said no matter ho wmany. They said it, not me. This is a sensationalist claim that probably doesn't have much truth to it. No matter how many? 6 billion is a number.
