Micro$oft is already big enough, and Nokia as a company would be better off without windows. Its a shame that Elop screwed Nokia the way he did. Had Nokia adopted both Android and Windows, it would be have been very successful. But, it appears that it really is over, and all thanks to the Elop. In fact, this joker outdid the Greeks in the Trojan War and maybe microsoft should write and epic poem for him.

I imagine the only reason Microsoft is merging with Nokia is for that patent portfolio and manufacturing quality of their devices. This is the best move from both Nokia and Microsoft for Windows 8 to flourish. I see nothing but good things for Windows going forward.

Yeah, just another tale of a weaker country getting its top buisnesses 'boarded' and scuttled for booty. Just a natural part of pirate capitalism. It happens a lot here in Canada, Americans will buy up the shares, take over the board and then rip the company to pieces for the benefit of other businesses in more 'Imperialist' countries. It's globalism, it's capitalism, it's international trade,

it's wealth redistribution into the hands of the 0.001%

Do you know how retarded that sounds? If the top .001% are redistributing their wealth why do you care? Or you think maybe Microsoft is in the top .001% and Nokia is in the top .002%. Who cares. Without Microsoft, things were looking dismal for Nokia anyway.

Would you also say, Google or Apple are big enough when they do buy outs? Just wondering, both are larger then MSFT.

Maybe about one, but not about both. Can't talk bad about the tech company of your choice. Gotta sit back and spout the same uneducated opinion that makes up your particular flavor of kool-aid 🙄

oh you mean how like every other Android manufacturer has done great in the Android atmoshpere. HTC, LG, Pantech, Casio. They have become huge hits in the Android spac....Oh thats right. Samsung is the only company to do well in Android. Regardless of companies making as good if not better phones. Love my HTC ONE and will chose it over the S4 any day yet people still chose Samsung.

Nokia differentiating themselves with Windows was their only option. If they went with Android they would have ended up making two different types of phones increasing their cost which decreases their profits.

I was an HTC fan ever since the HTC G1, been purchasing HTC phones until they decided to move away from expandable memory and removable battery. At first I was OK with the battery being embedded but then they got rid of expandable memory and that just killed it for me. Sigh. HTC is still awesome though the HTC One is a good phone overall, I just can't get over the fact it doesn't have what I need .x)

Hopefully they bring it back so that they can get my business back.

Samsung is great and all I just really dislike touchwiz and how low quality the case is for this phone. The screen though is phenomenal.

How much space do you need? What do you put on your phone?

I use my phone as an MP3 player. When i put thousands of songs on it, the memory fills up quickly. Also people who take lots of pictures fill up the memory fast. I understand nobody listens to thousands of songs, but it's nice to have the option.

And that's the point of a PREMIUM device: to have options, not to lack them.

A premium device goes above and beyond the average phone, and if it doesn't, why call it PREMIUM?

You're already paying more for it, so it should have more than what the rest has to offer.

Because that option doesn't fit with a premium experience. Who wants to buy an expensive phone and have their SD card go out. People are going to blame the phone manufacturer. Yes i do understand that maybe you haven't had that problem but if you search online millions of other people have. That is not a premium experience at all.

You could just store the songs in the cloud. That would clear up a lot of space.
