So i guess i'm concerned if this is going to work as the nights work. For example in nights if a call starts at 8:59 and you talk for 15 minutes, because the call started before 9 you WILL get charge the full 15 minutes from your day minutes... So what if you are ON the network and jump into a wifi network... how is t mobile going to charge that?? do the calls that switch from one network to the other count??? or are THOSE calls gong to be bill if you initiated the call on Tmobile's cell network?.... i wonder....

whatever network you are on when you begin the call is the network the call is credited to, so if you are on the tower network, the entire call is credited to that network, so yes, the entire call would be charged under your wenever minutes. on the other hand, if you were to make a call starting on wifi, at home or in someplace like starbucks, and you had the unlimited wifi feature, you could drive across the country, and if you didnt hang up, the entire call would be free

Good explanation. To add to that, if you are driving, and are close to a Starbucks, Panera, etc. and you want to make a call, just get close enough to connect to their wi-fi network and place the call, and it's free. This could be done going through the drive-through at Starbucks, for instance, if the wi-fi signal reaches that far.

...or walking in the mall...

...or visiting your friend that has a router...

...or etc. etc.

that's right, we were told that during the test in Seattle, a lot of people were doing "drive-by" calls, finding a Starbucks (in Seattle? get serious 😁) making the call and driving away...free phone calls! just make sure that you are on wifi before you call.

by the way orlandoflhottie, i'm in lakeland, half way between orlando and tampa. "yensid" is disney backwards, small world after all!

lol hey neightbore lol, well i mean come on are u telling me that tmobile is so absent minded to not catch this glitch or loop in the system? if anything, i would think that it would only work to their advantage as in they will only carry the minutes over if you are going from tower to wifi not from wifi to tower... watch this is going to be on the news shortly.... remember i said it here NOW! i don't know.... this sounds iffy...on the other hand... i love my iphone...but where them updates people....mms,multiple recipients for sms, camera adj control....uhm yeah lots of updates come on!!!!!!! ;-)
