It is just one type of ballast GE made at one factory for a short time. All others are OK. If they weren't OK, the carriers would complain they cannot receive cell phone signals with their site antennas.

But being a computer major and seeing how microwaves, cordless phones, mobile phones, etc and now lights can cause interference, regardless of how small each one does combine can cause enough to slow your wifi signals down. So once again, more reason to use Ethernet cables.
Cellular signals are a lot stronger than wifi, for a few reasons:
1. any company/person can use the wifi channel, it is unregulated so you can have 50 people/companies in one area trying to use the 2.4 GHz wifi for their own use. Let's say 40 our homes and 10 our medium business with customer free-wifi.
Lets say everyone home averages 3 people with 3 phones and 3 tablets or computers (one or the other) so that's 6 devices per house, 6 * 40 = 240 wifi devices. L...
