Antenna Gate Wins

Who would have ever thought that selling a majorly defective product to millions of people and then acting like a douche bag when customers complained would be a win for any company? But apparently it was for Apple, as their customers have all accepted the need to wrap their shiny iPhones (bought mostly for aesthetic reasons in the first place) in some sort of a case in order to achieve what should be core functionality. So, now Apple can omit all the standard hardware it likes (while charging the same retail price as fully featured phones) because it can always sell the additional hardware to its dufus customer at an exorbitant price in the form of a new case.

What I mostly find funny is that there is a need to swap out to another case in order to do practically anything with an iPhone, and iPhone users seem fine with this approach. But the idea of doing something practical like swapping out an SD card is an affront to any Apple loving fanboy.
