May I suggest a side of WEAK sauce? What a horrible customer experience...way to go BB, just another reason that your company is IRRELEVANT in the consumer space...just keep selling devices to the GOV'T

Yes, you're right; in the history of OS and app launches, there has never been one where bugs were found after the fact...

Yes, because this is the first time in recorded history that someone has sent out a 'software update' that either didn't fix the problems it was supposed to, or introduced new problems that didn't exist previously. It's not like bad updates are a fairly common experience across all platforms or anything. You know, it's the first time ever....provided you forget about all the iOS updates that didn't fix the problem it was supposed to fix,, or the OS X 'Mavericks' update last month that completely screwed up my Macbook's keychain password causing me to spend nearly 6 hours trying to fix it., and so long as we forget that both the Playstation 4 and the X Box One both botched up the operating system so bad, despite having 8 years in the cas...
