Google Takes Rockstar To Court Over Nortel Patents
I thought Rockstar is. . .
Le yawn.
Just because Apple treats their customers like kings doesn't mean you have to be jealous.
How does Google treat their customers when they go to the google store with an issue? Oh wait they don't have google stores. If you have a problem with a phone there is no one for you to go to.
I have had the app store on my iPod crash before, and I have had other apps crash my iPod, which runs iOS 7.0.4, but, my Galaxy S II HD LTE has never, ever had the app store, or google play store crash. Mind you I haven't had it for too long, but it works leaps and bounds better than any phone I have ever used before.

I guess that is what you get when you use cheap crappy parts to build a phone.
How it is built is more important. Granted, Apple does do a good job on the fit and finish of their iPhones... I won't deny that... but what do you think of the materials in the iPhone 5c? I mean... plastic iPhone? I just have to ask.
I really don't have a problem with plastic phones, anyway. I know some people say they do, and that is okay. It's their choice. However, I have come to know that if you take care of ...

Obviously you don't know what good customer service is. People are so used to be treated like walmart customers that when the customer service reps are rude to you people you are all used to it by now.
Well I deserved to be treated better than a walmart customer. I paid a lot of money for a device that should work and if it doesn't work then the company that sold me something defective then they should fix that issue. If by some small chance my phone is defective Apple will fix my issue in a nice and kind way and not make me wait hours in line or...

Really so how are you going to fix your phone running slow everyday. Remove the battery all the time. You phone shouldn't do that. Its defective. Do have to worry about that with an iPhone.
The idea that a phone running its slow but native programming properly is a defect is ridiculous. I used smartphones back in the day before any of them were fast... so does that make my old Nokia 9300 defective? No, it does not. An Android device nowadays can run circles around my Nokia E75 I once had, so does that make the E75 defective? Still no. You are holding your pompous head so high and snootily looking down on all of us just because you think that you are so much better than any of us simply...

Anyways.
An HD screen? You mean on those cartoony Samsung phones? Or the inaccurate colors on the HTC phones?
Mulitasking. Yes I have that on my iPhone. What is your point?
NFC? Why would I ever use that? Do you ever use that useless feature?
Let me tell you that the iPhone Retina Display, made by LG, is not even HD. Apple's been refusing to increase screen resolution... talk about being treated like a "king"! lol
Multitasking... obviously you don't understand the definition of mutlitasking, which is ok, because Apple changes the terms to mislead its customers. Placing a program in the background, or on "stand by" while running another is NOT multitasking! Being able to run 2 apps side-by-side IS. Another feature the iPhone lacks and that Apple has refused to adopt.
NFC,...

The screen looks fantastic to every iPhone user.
There is no nexus phone that has that kind of multitasking. You can't run apps side by side on Google's android.
You still haven't shown any examples of a use for NFC. You said its revolutionary but nobody uses it.

Really cause every review raves about how much better the iPhone camera is compared to every other one. The HTC ONE camera is defective. There is a tint to it in low light situations..
Totally untrue. Apple takes Sony cameras and implement them on their phone, what makes you think Sony will build a better camera for a competitor? To be fair, Sony phones have bee rated with the best cameras out there, along with the beautiful Nokia cameras. Haven't tried one? then avoid making a fool of yourself by commenting about something you don't have knowledge of.

Any article discussing the best camera phones has the iPhone it. Cnet, digitaltrends.com and so on.
Obviously, otherwise they would turn immediately into Android, lol. But jokes aside, the Retina Display resolution is not HD, less Full HD. If you only read the specs you claim to know alot of you'd knew ab...

Sure, Megapixels aren't all, but the low-res Retina Display only looks "ok" due to the iPhone's small screen, try to put that into a larger screen and it doesn't look the good. Still, tho't...

Obviously you haven't read the reviews. Its still the best camera around. Especially the 5s with the bigger pixels.

Still, tho'the Retina Display looks "ok", it's way behind the new LG displays, Samsung's Super AMOLED and Sony Bravia diesplays.
We are going to have to agree to disagree about this one. The iPhone display is anything but low res. The DPI is huge. And there is more to screen quality than pixels. How ma...

you don't have to worry about viruses with the iPhone.
- Because there is no such thing as viruses for Mac and the entire Google Play must be crawling with them. Google has the same quality control as the App Store.
Or the phone crashing.

In the United States, yes... but only if you are dealing with individual models of phones, and not taking into account the entire iOS ecosystem versus the entire Android ecosystem. Outside of the US, it is a very different story in most places.

Okay, I do see that part now. I somehow missed that in the first read-through. However, do not take this as weakness. I am not dumb.

No because jailbreaking an iPhone is using it in a way it isn't intended for. Its like using a flatscreen tv to snowboarding. Yes technically you can use that tv for snowboarding but you shouldn't. It wasn't made for that. Just like the iPhone wasn't made to jailbreak.

Before that it was a Samsung Exhibit II (as a prepaid kit). The only drawback on that was about 2 dozen worthless T-Mobile apps which couldn't be killed.
I briefly had a Sony Xperia U, which was slick but not compatible with T-Mobile..
Each of these cost me about $200, and were pretty nice at the time.
And yes, I must admit that, in hindsight, it is quite amusing in its own high-school drama-ish way.
