Wonder if this will mean that high end smartphones will be 128 bit?

On the serious side, this should further help Microsoft with countries that focus on low end smart phones, maybe even here in the US, too. With Nokia manufacturing creating the hardware, I'm sure they will come out with some outstanding products. Hopefully, they will get this unified OS underway, with some killer features to attract more people.

It will also be interesting to see what OEMs will use these new processors in their tablets.

128-bit is not coming anytime soon.

Currently the main advantage.to 64-bit processors is the elimination of the 4GB Barrier. On PC's that is working great. However on smartphones we are just now coming close to that with the just announced. Samsung Galaxy J which has 3GB of ram and talks of the S5 and Note 4 having 4GB of ram.

64-bit will allow up to 16 exabyte which translates to 16 Billion Gigabytes.

and also all high end Android. smartphones use 32-bit SOC's.

Yeah, the part about 128 bit was suppose to be a joke. That didn't show up in brackets, but thanks for explaining. I'm not going to care much about that right now anyway.
