I was worried after I got my 8600 and heard about the 8700 but now I am happy I did not waste my time waiting.

The 8600 is no where near as good as the 8700. You can not make judgements about a phone from a picture online. The 8600 has had so many problems like randomly powering off when you try to access your text messages, and deleting your messages before you select to. You may like it now but we'll see in 6 months how much you really like that phone.
