I dont know where they operate at.......
But over that two years combimed with upfront cost you're paying $100 more than the phomes outright cost of $650......sounds like you're getting F'd in the A

What 2 years? There is no 2 years. You pay 25 bucks a month until the phone is paid off. Where do you get 2 years?
Nobody said anything about 2 years.

$25 X 2yrs the iFruit thing will be paid off. 2 years is how long it takes to pay it off, same thing with my S4, $20/mo times 2 years it's paid off.

Actually the 5s would be paid off in 22 months. Because thats how long it takes to pay the remaining balance of the phone. Not 2 years.

22 months. . . . .2 years. . . .being kinda anal, huh?

I' m pretty sure that 2 years is 24 months. 22 months < 24 months so 22 months < 2 years.
And it effects the price of the phones by 50 bucks. Who wants to spend an extra 50 bucks when they don't have too.

No 2 year contract's at Consumer Cellular.
You can purchase the phone outright and just have a monthly phone bill.
A plan for a lite talker/surfer that's 200min 5000mes 500meg it's less than $50. The major carriers 2 year contract's double the price instead of you buying the phone outright whether your a lite talker or a busy blabbermouth.
You can buy it someplace else as long as it's GSM then get their SIM card, they're cheap.
