Well considering anything 400kbps+ is technically 3G, Sprint should be fine, and according to the FCC anything that's "substantially faster" can be called "4G", so their speed claims usually fall in line.

on Sprint's LTE i can usually pull ~10Mbps and on 3G since network vision is almost complete here i get around 1-2Mbps all the time.

I'll take that as unlimited compared to blasting through a few GB of data on Verizon and AT&T.
