It might just be profitable

Although its pretty sad that an educational company is targeting kids and parents in this way, it may actually pay off really well.
Isn't it sad that we live in a free country where we have to buy everything that is targeted at us? lol 😁 😁 😁
I mean seriously, what's so anti-educational about little kids being able to talk to their parents when they're away?
Also, I'd like to point out there is very little talk of the quality of this device. The focus it seems on the ethics of the devices creation. Face it, the device was going to be created and, ethics and values are not universal. Leap' seems to have included the right package of features into it's little device. I'd be proud to gift one to my niece.

No, this is America. We like to minimize contact between parents and their children by working more hours and putting the children in daycare. When teenagers have no respect for thier parents, why do we wonder?
