Apple Vindicated in Wi-LAN Patent Case
Why???
Why are companies like this even allowed to exist. The whole point of a patent is to give the company that did the research on a new technology or product a competitive advantage when bringing the product to market. If you don't have a product to bring to market, why are you even allowed to hold a patent?
