Right now, it is available in the UK, and a North American version is supposed to be out this Autumn. More than likely, bc it's a GSM model, AT&T will get it. Check out pcmag.com for an article about it, and I think cnet has one, too.

Yesterday I read an article that named 3 carriers in Europe that will offer the phone - one of them was T-mobile. Then you could rationalize that T-mobile will offer it in the U.S. Here's a quote, though not from the article I read yesterday, "The HTC Touch is a tri-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE phone, being launched in the UK immediately after the announcement and available through both Orange and T-Mobile."
I would think it doubtful that AT&T will carry it since it would be seen as an iPhone competitor.
