Shutdown?

I guess I have a different definition of "shutdown" than the "News" Media have...

A 16 day vacation for 17% of the Federal Employees, a "shutdown" does not make. Let's not forget that the costs of closing war memorials and national parks (which are run by private companies in most cases) with armed guards probably cost more than the fat bloated pig of a government actually saved. If we followed the Constitution, we would shut down 83% of the Federal government and get rid of the unnecessary and mostly illegal tumor weighing down the nation. Instead we get a dramatic show of theater and fear mongering from the statist media and government worshippers. What's worse is we still buy all the bull no matter how many times they screw us. Screw em all man. All I wanted to do was go fishing. It's not complicated. There's water. Push a boat into it and sit down with a fishing pole. But apparently that process is no longer viable without government hand holding. The realization that we need federal government in order to fish is telling of our sorry fall from the great nation we once were.
