Given that clocks, even digital clocks, in ads are usually set to 10:10 the fact that the one in this screenshot is at 4:20 is highly unusual, it simply cannot be unintentional.

Just looking at the screen shots of the new phones on the left side of Phonescoop's home page I have seen these times: 10:10, 12:00, 12:01, 12:45, 10:10, 10:41, 12:45, 10:25, 10:10, 11:00, 12:45, 10:10, 9:41, 9:41, 11:35, 10:24, 10:15, 1:00, 10:10, 1:08, 1:00 and 11:01. So while 10:10 is indeed the most recurring time used, I'm going to go out on a limb and say it's not out of the norm for cellphone manufacturers to break away from the 10:10 rule. But still, I lean toward your sentiment that the 4:20 time was intentional.
