T-Mobile's retail of the Z10 is $531.99, based on total losses by BB of $950 million, that equals out to be 1.75 Million unsold phones.

Why would they manufacture so many? Wouldn't it make more sence to be slightly late to the game than jump the gun? Seems like they dug their own grave to me.

Blackberry has been dead for years now... The "late" 10 platform was simply a nail in the coffin. One poster here is right they emphasized the enterprise market for too long while others took advantage of the consumer market, most people ive worked with dont get bb's because they are for business and quite honestly seem "boring" and tired out. They are looked upon as a thing of the past that old people carry. (no offense to anyone)..... I remember convincing people several years ago not to get a blackberry when they cool new android gadgets were coming out, now a days people dont even look at them, the ones we do sell get returned alot of the time because the software is boring and clamped down too much.
