Yeah, maybe if this came out around the same time the S4 did, but with a slightly lower price, it would've had a chance.

Its still a public company for the moment and as such they couldn't just give up and call it quits. If it were to be sold in pieces or taken private it needs to stay as attractive to those interested as possible. I am sure thats a little harder to do these days then a few years ago.
