Personally I have used iOS, Andriod, and WP, forced to use Blackberry because of work.

I like Andriod over iOS because I dont have to hack my phone to be able to customize it to my liking. Then there were a bunch of missing features that I love on Android and wouldnt have on iOS. The iOS 7 hopefully will take care of that. Even then the iOS is not for me. I hate iTunes with a passion and all those compatibility issues with Apple devices all bad because I dont like MacOS.

I would use WP8 but the lack of functional important apps kills it for me. So for now Android has been the most functional one that works for me and my needs.

As far as Android and user interfaces no matter which one you buy you arent stuck with what you got like with iOS (unless you hack like I said earlier) you can always download other launchers to give you the UI experience you want and customize everything. My only thing are those exclusive features that some Android phones offer over the other but I guess if all the Android phones were the same like iPhones then there would be no competition or variety. I love my Note 2. Smile
