The people of walmart.... They are their own breed.... My towns walmart never has anybody working in the electronics department. One time I went their to purchase a game, I waited at the register for a solid 20 minutes with multiple people walking past me not asking me if I needed any assistance. One person finally asked me if I need help, I said yes, and they said Ill get somebody to help you. Nobody came. About 15 minutes later a store supervisor walked by and finally helped me out. I also went there to preoder GTA5. It took four people and a manager to figure out what to do with the pre-order card.... I was sent to the lay-a-way department and then back to electronics. The workers read the back of the card about 4 times then tried to explain to me how it works. I already knew how it worked... I can't wait for the people that try and trade in their phones at walmart and it takes 8 people to figure out how to trade in a phone and what kind of phone it is. I work at a competitor to walmart, and I have people come in and ask me for straight talk phone cards because the people at walmart said they didnt have them.... (I hate when people ask me about straight talk cause its a walmart only thing) I see this failing in many walmarts with untrained employees. Could take in a tracfone and walmart would ring it up as an iphone if you told them it was one. Sorry for the rant.
