"Yes, you may. Your upgrade fee is $35. I've been a customer for twenty years (despite the carrier only having existed for twelve) and I am outraged!"
"I understand. You do realize that all wireless carriers charge an activation fee?"
And it goes on and on and on. Call Comcast because you can't get the same offers as new customers.
The bottom line is: Businesses do nothing out of the goodness of their hearts. Businesses HAVE no hearts.
