I'm sure it would actually be far more than that....because I've never known any government project to be finished on time or under budget.....whatever they say it is going to cost, multiply that by 10 and you have the real cost, which of course means that the tax to fund it will have to increase correspondingly.

This country is on track for a revolution. At 52 years old, I may never witness this event. However, it would be my hope that my grandchildren will be able to take back this country.
