Microsoft actually forced Google to bend....Google threatened a lawsuit over basically unenforceable 'terms of service' Microsoft didn't blink and Google agreed to start making an official YouTube app for Windows Phone, which is exactly what Microsoft wanted in the first place....it was brilliant on Microsoft's part....and well played...
