Eric, I know you were just regurgitating news here, but I do feel that it's somewhat important to point out that "Obama" probably had no part in this whatsoever, other than hiring, and thus empowering the man who wrote and signed this "veto". Sure, it's a power granted to "The Office Of The President", but not one granted solely to the president himself. It was assigned to a member of his staff, and that member in his veto plainly stated that it was ultimately "his" decision after having consulted with trade boards, NOT the President. So when you say "Obama saves blah blah blah", know that its not true at all as its written.

FOOL! Do you remember the woman who spilled coffee on her lap? It was not McDonald's fault. It was their employee's fault! Why did this woman get million$ from McDonalds when it was not McDonald's fault- but just their employee's fault? What a freaking idiot!

In regard to your somewhat illiterate and unrelated rant, im going to try and apply some logic to your thought process.

In that case the headline did not read "Roy Crock pays millions for hot coffee". It blamed McDonald's as an entity for the issue, just as in this case "the office of the president" saves older iphones from ITC ban" should have been how it read. Instead, the headline blames the man himself, not TOOTP, or "Obama Administration" do you see the difference? You're saying that Mcdonalds got blamed for the hot cofee, not the employee, and not Roy Crock. So should be the case here, with "The Office" getting blamed, or "the Government" as a whole, not Obama, The employee in said office.

I said exactly what I was "trying" to say... nowhere did it encompass Obama's direct feelings for or against anything, just his involvement. He's also not involved in the height of the grass at the Residency, though I'm sure if asked, he could find it in himself to give his opinion, however irrelevant.
what's with the FOOL! at the beginning of every message? Obama signed no veto on this matter, idiot. Read the actual brief before sticking your foot in your mouth. I promise, not only don't I care in the least, but it wasn't at all necessary for you to let it be known how you would vote next time; that much was obvious.

FOOL! learn how the real world works, idiot!
spilled coffee on the lap. sue the McDonald employee or sue the company McDonald?
police beat someone up with no good reason. sue the police or sue the city?
plane crashes. sue the pilot or you sue the airline?
when you at the top, you are held responsible! dumbass!

ROFL. Just because one is writing on the internet doesn't mean that one can drop the pretense of readable sentence structure. Internet acronyms can still be used in complete sentences with proper capitalization and punctuation. In fact, they come off much better when they appear to be used by someone with some modicum of intelligence. Besides, this isn't 1993 when everyone was rockin' some ridiculous macro in an AOL chat room. The internet has formalized since then, and so should your writing on the internet if you want to come off as anything other than an illiterate child.

Despite purposefully missed capitalization, a missing definitive article, and one verb that doesn't agree with the subject, that's actually pretty well written. 😛

Actually it was the fault of McDonald's corporate policy, their policy was that coffee was 180 degrees.....nearly boiling.....most coffee machines only get it as hot as about 120 degrees....the coffee was unreasonably hot and the woman had severe third degree burns....she sued only for medical costs plus a couple thousand in punitive damages...the jury went nuts and awarded millions....which was lowered on appeal....

But what does that have to do with this story?
