My girlfriend and I went in Friday afternoon to switch from Verizon. We live in Maine. We were in the store for 4 hours all together Friday. We had to go back Saturday because the phones and ports didn't go through. We were there another 2 1/2 hours Saturday with no resolution. We didn't bother going back Sunday. Finally Monday evening my phone started to make calls but not receive. This afternoon my phone was FINALLY fully activated as well as my girlfriends. 4 1/2 DAYS LATER!!!! Not so much as a sorry or anything from customer Service or the store reps. While we were there they had a waiting list of customers they needed to help of 5 Hours. I'd say that qualifies as an outage. U.S Cellular needs to be upfront with us and say " we didn't plan this well and there were bugs" not tat there were " longer than normal wait times "
