Sunday through Wednesday the computer system was down completely at all uscellular outlets nation wide the same is true for Thursday and Friday with the exception of maybe an hour each day that it was up and working. Saturday Sunday and now Monday the system is up about 50 % of the time but it only works for half the issues. The reality is customers are waiting hours to days for service and in some cases now over a week. Customers are very upset and many will leave the company. Uscellular needs to fix this because it is definitely not BETTER!

I'd say that qualifies as an outage. U.S Cellular needs to be upfront with us and say " we didn't p...
