Actually, it does. I checked this with MetroPCS / T-Mobile before writing the article. It's a new version of the F3 with HSPA+ and LTE radios on board, and no CDMA.

Well if they told you that, then what reason would you have to purchase the phone there when you could go to MetroPCS and pay $50 less for the phone and $10 less per month? 😉

edit: sorry I had the Lumia 521 in mind, scratch that

GSM is more geographical coverage but the BIG nation enjoying cdma currtely like China and US.
