Aj, you seem a nice guy; however, I think it's a bit unfair to claim that degrees necessarily define education. For example, many greats like Bill Gates, Michael Dell, and more never made it through college before becoming successful. (Although, I believe Gates went back to school later in life.) Instead, they studied hard outside of school to learn about the things that interested them. I agree that it isn't fair to name-call Sprint and many phonescoop visitors may not have the practical skills required to do an overhaul on Sprint's finances and opportunities/threats to conclude the appropriate action; however, are these very laymen not the best judge for Sprint? These laymen (of this field) are the perfect on-lookers because they can provide feedback on the company's performance. Furthermore, if you don't value the feedback of the general phonescoop population, then why would you participate? Again, you seem a good guy and I'm sure you're well versed in this field, but let's not under value our peers. They're opinion may very well be representative of most consumers. And certainly, the average consumer will be even less educated about this field than even the customer service reps that likely frequent these pages. Wish you the best, and I hope the reps here won't take offence, cause I think it's possible one of them, though only a highschool diploma, might be my boss one day; even though I have a few degrees myself.
