The same could be said about Sprint's WiMAX signal. The industry nerds love to brag about how 2.5GHz is capable of carrying so much bandwidth yet they forget how crappy the signal is indoors. But I agree with what you said about T-Mobile. Their problem has always been coverage even in metro areas. It's gotten better not good enough. I don't think it'll ever be good until they hopefully grab some 600Mhz spectrum in the upcoming auction.
