Most apps are not optimized to work with multiple threads. Quad Core and Octa core processors may help for very specific business tools, or manufacturer's software. But most apps work fine with dual core processors.

4 graphic-cores, It maybe uses 2 of the gpu cores for raw processing (openGL and stuff like that) and the other 2 are dedicated to video/imaging encoding/decoding.The cpu will not bottleneck the graphics engine.

The phone has plenty of RAM, and given the current nature of Android, where multitask will never be as factual (or at least as heavy) as with x86 computers, you are unlikely to ever notice any hiccups or stuttering when using this phone.
