Sorry I don't live there 🙂
I remember when Sprint burned you, your fanboism for Sprint died a horrible death that day.

I'm about there...I have 4g in a smaaaall part CLOSE to where I work, but not actually WHERE I work. Lets not talk about Stockton, ca. Ubiquitel USED to be a test market. We were the first to get Vision, then "Power Vision" (EVDO/3G) then Wi-Max...and now? a HORRIBLE excuse for 3g, horrible voice and text, and LTE is no where in sight. The central valley was a big market for sprint, and they screwed us pretty well. I hope the amount of people jumping ship gets sprint to remove their heads from their anuses, and give us the network that WE PAY FOR, and desire. I worked as a tech for 2 years, spanning the network vision project, and all I am going to say is that it is a DISASTER, and as someone who sold a $hit ton of sprint, and as someone who...

i would agree.....they are about to get a call from me, because the service is starting to act up BAD.....

AND i havent seen any trucks at the towers.....

ohhh i have seen a few...FOR TMOBILE 😡 😡 😡

on the flip side, when they made a pretty big booboo, on my acct (9 lines) for new phones discounted/free, but charged full price....

they fixed the problem, and i basically got 2 months free service.....

soooooo i will give them 1 more year to see if they can fix it...because .05 is getting stupid.....more so when its a stones throw to the tower at 11 pm at night 😡 😡 😡 😡 😡

Sprint (and T-Mobile) in my area, which is central and southwest Arkansas, have "okay" coverage; however, few people sign simply because of building penetration. There is absolutely no service for these two carriers once you are inside a building for every bit of the 200 mile diameter I frequent. Most of the consumers I know personally who sign up with these two are under educated about other carriers and/or are lower-middle pay, unable to afford service with Verizon or ATT.

Its so funny that there is all this bad talk about Sprint. I was talking bad about Sprint on another thread about the FFC approving Softbank buyout of Sprint and they were trying to tell me that Sprint has amazing coverage and that they have a roaming agreement with VZW so anywhere VZW has service Sprint does too.

They do but data roaming is not free. They do have coverage in allot of areas but mine isn't one. And inside coverage is worse.

Actually in my home in Dublin (suburb or Columbus) Ohio I get very erratic 3G. They never deliver what the advertise.

Lol your right but that has nothing to do with current coverage. Back then it was pretty equal. But not even close now.

I laugh whenever the word fanboi is used, I don't support greedly slug corporations, so I'm not a fanboi of any kind.

I shop at places like Dollar Tree & Family Dollar, I support companies who understand the average consumer.

So the word fanboi makes me laugh why would someone volunteer to be a mouthpiece for a greedy slug CEO.

Me too, especially when it comes to restaurants! Like pizza places. Better customer service, national companies, policy gets in the way of customer service.

Then you better quit shopping at those 2 dollar type stores...

they are worse then other greedy corps...

they dont pay their workers crap (yes i know they still decide to work there)

and as someone who owns a small service biz....they chose to give me the shaft in favor of another greedy type company...MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT companies....who in turn screw the local service guy even worse....

so dont think those places "understand" the little, local guy.....

I think they are the same greedy corporation, like the bigger guys. They just sell cheaply-made stuff for cheap prices. You ever use the Sunbeam batteries..... But, I'd rather buy something anywhere but wal-mart unless its my only option.

In reality, they don't look much different from their current plans if you do the math. Essentially, they're the base price of the 450 min individual and 1500 minute Family plan, but with nights starting 7 and any mobile any time, those plans are virtually unlimited minute plans for many. I'd even venture to guess that's what most of their customers choose, which is why they chose those price points.

It's when you add lines, that it increases. Currently, adding lines to the 1500 and 3000 minute plans is $30. With this, the extra lines are $60 for the third and $50 for the others if you want to keep unlimited data, so people who don't need unlimited talk and never wanted it will pay more for family data.
