Yes to WiFi, but turning WiFi on turns the CDMA radio off. It's one or the other, kids...
No camera at launch. Same as with the Treo650, if there is a substantial demand for a camera unit, that SKU will be released at a later date.

The origional shipment our stores recieved of the Treo 650 have a camera and video camera

The 650 will eventually be released without a camera should the need present itself.
With the new Samsungs, it's kind of reversing the way the old ones came out: i600 no camera, i700 camera; i645 camera, i730 no camera.
