The Moto V710 (and it's reference guide) have OBEX till Verizon got it's hand on it.
What makes you think Verizon is not going to take it out of this phone too>

And to disable OBEX on this phone would be a slap in the face to all Verizon customers. On this type of device, if you're going to offer Bluetooth, you have to enable OBEX.
