Even if it only matters for the sake of being technical, its wrong to report misinformation, even when - ESPECIALLY when its not the main focus of the piece, and thus gets passed on as though its well known fact.

"MetroPCS shareholders would hold a 26% stake in the merged company." Although the term "merger" assumes a more or less equal arrangement, MetroPCS has a minority stake of the company.

In addition, the majority of the new T-Mobile management is from T-Mobile. Only two board members came in from MetroPCS, compared to nine from T-Mobile.

User input with wiki is wrong on this one... the last time Eric posted an article saying that TMO bought metro I posted a couple sources regarding the terms of the reverse merger... this time I just don't care even half as much. People are going to believe what seems simple. DT will recieve payments until Metro completely buys them out, and over that time as metro has more shares of the merger, they will replace board members.

I respectfully request that you provide supporting information. I agree that a wiki can be incorrect, but I read on several reliable business websites that:

- MetroPCS stake in the company is less than 33%
- Only two of the 11 board members are from MetroPCS.
