They're just playing hard to get with both companies. They got all close with Dish just a few weeks ago, and now they're cozying up with Softbank again. 🤣 Someone put an end to this love triangle please.

LOL Awe cmon its pretty much the most exciting thing going on right now in the mobile wireless world 😛. I have a feeling that Sprint will close with Softbank specially after this article.

Cant wait for the ball to get rolling on this though.

Problem # 1 is, Sprint has always had trouble executing network upgrades, and NV (Network Vision) is the mother of all network upgrades.

Don't get me wrong, I hope Sprint is able, for once, to properly finish a network upgrade and actually improve things, but given their operational performance in the past ten years or so, I'm not holding my breath.

Problem # 2 is that the whole Softbank/Dish thing is just a huge distraction to management, at a time when every single Sprint executive from Hesse on down should be concentrating 110% on getting NV done quickly & correctly. Softbank & Dish have significantly weakened Sprint's health b...

We will see. I do see that being the case if it is a Dish purchase not from Softbank. Softbank being already a very successful telecommunication company would definitely want Vision Network completed before they see any profit from Sprint I am sure they are not idiots.

Exactly my point. With Softbank Sprint will finally have the guidance they are so desperately in need of. I see nothing but good things from Sprint with Softbank telling them what to do. 🙂

PS. All my friends with iPhones are all like "OMG my phone is so awesome it can do this this and this." everyone else my phone could do that 2 years ago and now does it better and faster W8, Blackberry 10, Android hahahaha. xD The new iPhone better do something extraordinary.
