Samsung Patents SMS Recall

Our corporate email client (via Outlook) has a similar feature... except the message can be pulled back whether or not it has been read. I wonder how this will impact the carriers billing system. Will the recalled message be seen as never sent or will the recall command be viewed as a standard text messaging charge? The execution should be interesting 😁
